I am currently working on a great job opportunity with a client of mine, a well-known company in SWITZERLAND. They are looking for an EVENT COORDINATOR to join their team as of October 2017 on an initial 12-month contract basis.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the main point of contact for the customer on web cast coordination, local technical event planning and video conferencing
- Consult customers to use the right technology for their meetings
- Support customers in the technical preparation of large events and coordinate all involved providers in other company's locations
- Collaborate with the global video conference services
- Document problems and incidents by using a ticketing system
- Support senior executives with the complete confidentiality
- Work in a professional manner at all times through open communication, reliability, high availability
YOUR BACKGROUND
- Pharmacy experience
- +2 years of working experience in event planning and/or conferencing services
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in working with people from different backgrounds and cultures
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Flexible to work early and late hours on short notice
- Team player but also able to work independently
