European Head Of Quality Assurance

As the European Head of Quality Assurance you will:

* Continually develop the Quality Management System to deliver the necessary Policy, processes and procedures to ensure it all complies with all European and national regulations and guidelines.
* Develop and implement the methods for monitoring the performance of the Quality System on an ongoing basis and the systematic reporting of performance to the business.
* Responsible for the development of an effective and risk based Audit Plan in consultation with internal business partners.
* Develop and maintain a system of CAPA management to effectively monitor remediation actions taken by CSPs.
* Develop in collaboration with the European business units, appropriate central SOP's and working practices.
* Provide QA support and advice to the local business units, in the conduct of regulatory compliance checks.
* Ensure the implementation of Annual Product Quality Reviews by manufacturers and manage appropriately the findings of the review.
* Where applicable, be responsible for supporting and advising the local European business units of any quality investigations required that relate to company products and where applicable liaise with the manufacturing facilities.
* Provide appropriate GMP training to the local European business units and liaise with the responsible person to ensure compliance.
* Co-ordinate the conduct of internal audits across the business units.
* Provide QA expertise in the assessment of potential future manufacturing partners.
