EU Market Access Manager

Interim European Market access manager - London Based for 6 months +

A EU market access manager is required for a long contract for a growing Pharma company to deliver the following
Ensure BD opportunities are fully evaluated in terms of Market Access potential.
Assess payer value, potential pricing, achievable access segments and develop early payer models as required.
Fully evaluate all opportunities through extensive secondary market research and primary research as required
Define Payer Strategy for products in the pipeline or in-licensing opportunities, especially those in phase 2 and 3 and ensure that evidence requirements are built into the clinical development plans in a way that optimizes the chances of successful access in European markets.
Work closely with other members of the Market Access Team to ensure the necessary internal skills and capabilities are leveraged to inform market access evaluation of pipeline products and new business opportunities.
Work closely with members of the commercial team who will integrate business costs into the commercial forecasts
Lead discussion with market access and commercial teams, and lead on defining a draft process for new product evaluations to support Otsuka needs in Europe.
To include, but not limited to, determining key inputs into forecasts and defining standardized assumptions, mapping of internal research resources, defining roles and responsibilities across functions for completion of forecasts, and generating standardized forecast templates for use across asset evaluations
Where breaks in business development activities occur, the individual will support brand teams in research, strategy development or project execution activities.
It is expected that the role will include brand-specific activities support.
