EU Manager of Enterprise Systems (m/f)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Understand the business environment, business model and company strategy
-Develop IS strategy for application systems that enables business achieve its vision and business goals
-Manage application project portfolio so that the totality of project deliverables meets short and long term business priorities
-Supervise and coach Project Managers and members from project kick-off to closure, so that the project meets its objectives
-Assist the team to communicate and negotiate with higher management and external vendors in challenging situations
-Ensure service level targets are designed based on a total optimization approach
-Ensure there are continuous PDCA (Plan, Do, Check and Action) cycles to improve Services and Service Management processes
-Manage post implementation review and other processes to monitor contribution of Enterprise Systems, and drive utilization/enhancement/replacement of the system if there are needs/opportunities
-Maximize the contribution of the organization with available resources, through alignment to the strategy, assignment and fostering motivation
-Providing opportunities to develop the capability of the team members, through assignment, on-the-job and off-the-job trainings
-Maintain good working relationships with internal stakeholders, especially with EU business management and IS global/regional management
-Manage the vendors, including vendor portfolio

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Sciences, Engineering, or related field
-Experience in IS/IT, including experiences of business applications
-Experience in management positions
-Excellent track record of delivering results
-Successful change management experience (Process changes and Organization changes)
-International experience working with global stakeholders
-Broad knowledge and perspective on Information Systems and Technology
-Fundamental knowledge on business administration
-Practical project management skills based on knowledge and experience
-Documentation and presentation skills that are convincing for management
-Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English
