ETRM Business Analyst - Energy & Utilities

The position is with a leading and international working client based in Benelux.

It is an undetermined full time contract.

Your responsibilities

* Provide hands-on support for requirement specifications, implementation and development of IT systems (e.g. SunGard Aligne)
* Monitor IT performance, request and implement and document proposed improvements
* Support daily operations of all applications and their mutual interfaces ensuring highest service level
* Execute and participate in IT related projects, setting up the specifications, implement and document workflows and reports for specific energy and trading processes

Your profile

* Bachelor or Master degree in computer sciences or economics
* First experience in project management
* Analytical and conceptual mindset, strong interpersonal skills, team spirit and player, capable of working with rigor and precision, able to meet deadlines and priorities
* Good verbal and written communication skills in English and French or German
