Etrading Support Analyst - Fixed Income

eTrading Support Analyst - Fixed Income - Investment Banking - London - Up to £550/day

Our client, a Top 4 UK Bank, are looking for an eTrading Support Analyst to work in their London office on a long-term contract basis.

We require an experienced eTrading Support Analyst to join a Front Office team covering a range of Fixed Income Products across Credit, Rates and Emerging Markets. The key focus for the hire is a strong background supporting Business Users in a highly demanding environment, demonstrating solid business and technical knowledge, and applying this in a dynamic and diverse manner. The systems and applications are a combination of vendor and in-house built tools facilitating eTrading capabilities for the Fixed Income Business lines.

The successful eTrading Support candidate will have the following:

Strong Trade floor support experience with ability to think and act fast under pressure, unflappable

Strong Fixed Income Business knowledge (Credit, Rates, EM)

Strong relationship management and communication skills at all levels of management, both Business and IT

Strong Service Ethos, where the client is considered top priority

Strong organisational, administration and multi tasking skills
