Yoh has a long term contract opportunity for an ETL DEVELOPER, ANALYTICS, INFORMATICA to join our client in a very long term role in Bothell, WA.

JOB OVERVIEW:

This opening is for an ETL Developer for our Client's eSales and Service Reporting Implementation Team. The role supports reporting implementation on the Business to Business (B2B) online sales portal for a variety of internal report consumers (eg Managers, Product Managers, and Business Analysts). The role will interact with a number of groups including both business oriented and technical teams. The ETL Developer will be working on website projects where the reporting data is housed in a large data mart that tracks clickstream, order, fulfillment, and subscriber metrics.

Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate reporting implementation efforts with internal Functional Analysts
- Analyze ETL reporting specifications.
- Implement new data elements to ensure data is passed accurately into the electronic data mart to meet reporting requirements.
- Address requests for one off data extracts or other ad-hoc ETL requests.
- Provide electronic data mart maintenance support including potential monthly weekend support activities.
- Manage ETL tasks associated with simple to complex projects ensuring that deliverables are accomplished within the project time line.
- Provide level-of-effort estimations to management for all new project work.
- Provide on-going weekly status updates on project progress and deliverables.

Job Qualifications:
- Minimum four (4) years of experience with project life cycle.
- Minimum two (2) years as an ETL Developer.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience as a Reporting Functional Analyst/Data Analyst.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience with Business Objects or other BI Tools creating reports
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills for communicating with managers, report consumers, analysts, and other developers.
- Must have experience with data warehouse concepts, technologies, and best business practices including data modelling, data sourcing, data transformation, and end-user tools.
- Must have the ability to analyze and implement ETL reporting specifications.
- Must have the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Must be self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and excel.
- Must have the ability to take ambiguity and clarify it with stakeholders.
- Must possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of tools.
- Must be proficient with Structured Query Language (SQL).
- Must have Business Intelligence background.
- Must have experience with dimensional modelling.
- Must have bachelors degree or higher in computer science or related discipline (experience may be substituted for a bachelor degree).

Preferred Job Skills/Certifications/Knowledge:
- Experience with collecting Webtrends or Clickstream metrics in an eCommerce portal.
- SQL experience with Oracle and Netezza databases preferred using query tools such as Nexus or Toad.
- Experience with Informatica, and Unix is preferred.
- Teradata, Oracle and Perl experience is a plus.
- Previous industry experience in eCommerce is highly desired.
- Telecom industry experience is a plus.
