1) DataStage ETL
2) IBM InfoSphere DataStage certified
3) Unix/AIX Scripting
4) DB2/Netezza
5) Understanding of IBM BDW Model
6) Agile Methodology
7) Work with offshore team as needed
8) Added Experience in Reporting tool preferably
Microstrategy will be an advantage
