ETL Developer

Contract for 6 months

Are you an ETL (EXTRACT TRANSFORM LOAD) DEVELOPER with prior experience to perform analysis, design, construction and implementation of Data Integration solution?

Our client is currently seeking an ETL DEVELOPER who can contribute to existing standards, procedures and best practices for ETL frameworks, for a contract role till the end of June 2013 based in Canberra.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

- IBM DataStage (v7.5 or higher)
- Quality Stage
- Knowledge of XML and or UMF
- Sound practical SQL experience
- Implementation of third normal form (3NF) and dimensional (Kimball) data models
- Leadership, coaching and mentoring of other DataStage specialists as senior
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Testing (integration and regression) capability
- Data integration on IBM DB2 AIX (desirable)

EXPERIENCE

- 3+ years development experience with DataStage
- Multiple full-life cycle BI or Data Migration project experience including both design and implementation on same projects.
- Data integration on IBM DB2 AIX (preferred)
