C# AND ETL DEVELOPER - MULTIFAMILY REMODEL TECHNICAL

DEVELOPER/PROGRAMMER

Extract Transform and Load (ETL) and Excel VBA development for the Multifamily Division Remodel and Data Strategy projects. The projects have multiple technical phases including the re-platforming the Request for Proposal (RFP) and Selection Scoring applications from Excel to a Web based application, development of a Central Data Repository and Business Intelligence Reporting.

SERVICES REQUESTED

Deliverables include:

- Supporting and maintaining current environment - day to day break fix, monitoring and audit compliance
- Excel Reports to be converted to our BI tool platform. Including data being extracted from Excel and consumed by the BI tools.
- Build appropriate ETL to load source data to a centralized data repository using the existing Excel Flipper applications and other data sources,
- Web based application as a replacement for the existing Excel RFP and Selection Scoring applications

PROJECT REQUIREMENTS

- Assess and address the application stability, user experience, data integrity, and reporting needs of the multifamily division from the initial application process through the selection process.
- Establish a strong, flexible structure and foundation to support all future technical requests.
- Maintain the current user interface structure/design for the RFP workbook, and Selection Scoring application and worksheets, while developing and implementing a solution for the centralized data repository.
- Experience with each of the following list of tools is essential for the technical aspects of the project to be successful. Tools required for development, ETL, database technologies and BI solutions including, C# .net, Pentaho, Microsoft Excel (VBA), Oracle 11g and Toolsets (SiSense and/or Tableau).
