ETL Architect

Consol Partners are searching for an ETL Architect to work with our client on a 6 month contract basis in Edinburgh starting ASAP.

THE ROLE:

As an ETL Architect you will be:

- Leading and guiding the development of an Informatica based structure.
- Developing solutions in a highly demanding environment and providing hands on guidance to other team members.
- Develop full SDLC project plans to implement ETL solution and identify resource requirements.
- Performing data analysis and contributing to data profiling activity
- Working with Datamodelling tools to create data-models.
- Assisting and verifying design of solution and production of all design-phase deliverables.
- 5 month contract
- £375-£425 P/D

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

- Have consulting experience working within the banking/financial sectors.
- Have at least 5 years experience working in data integration and analysis.
- HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEARS EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH INFORMATICA POWEREXCHANGE, POWERCENTRE AND DATA QUALITY SOFTWARE.
- Will possess knowledge of Mainframe data files such as Virtual Sequential Access Method (VSAM)
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH INFORMATICA POWER EXCHANGE
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Experience with Unix Scripting. ConSol are leaders in recruiting for digital development across Europe.
