ETL Applications Developer

Yoh has a contract opportunity for an ETL APPLICATIONS DEVELOPER to join our client in Glendale, AZ.

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Data Mart Developer functions as a technical expert who designs and builds data marts that contain dimensional models (OLAP) sourced from the enterprise business data warehouse and other data sources. They design and build solutions for the Business Analysts through ETL and data structures using MS SQL, MS SSIS, Oracle, or Informatica used in the development of reports and analytics packages in Cognos and/or Microsoft Reporting Services.

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
- Eight (8) plus years of experience with data warehousing/data mart environments in a financial services industry, preferably within the personal lines insurance field.
- Eight (8) plus years of experience in data warehousing and data mart design/build efforts with MS SQL Server, in environments supporting customer facing Business Intelligence Tools such as Cognos, Business Objects or Microsoft Reporting Services
- Six (6) plus years of extensive experience with OLAP tools such as Oracle OLAP or MS Analysis Services in environments supporting customer facing Business Intelligence Tools such as Cognos or Business Objects
- Six (6) plus years of extensive experience with MDX within an OLAP data mart environment
- Proven experience in supporting Business Intelligence system deployments through design and build of data marts and associated structures
- Strong background in ETL tools such as MS SSIS
