Estimator - SC Cleared

SC Cleared Estimator is needed for a part time position to provide finance support to a key project at client site.

Recsponsibilities
* Generation and assurance of financial sections within independent business cases for each delivery workstream
* Supports generation and assurance of financial elements within strategic case
* Supports generation and assurance of financial elements within deployment model and cost assumptions
* Challenge assumptions to ensure baseline will deliver VFM.
* Work with procurement to verify information on quotes and ROM's.
* Monitor resource profiling and ensure appropriate rates are applied.
* Understand any areas of financial risk and build mitigation paths.
* Do analysis and sense checks on models to ensure up-to-date and accurate cost
* Attend key meetings
* Work with key stakeholders to verify the finance numbers.

Competencies
Essential Requirements
- Experience of estimating/bidding work
- Modelling/excel skills.
- Ability to interact and challenge at all levels.

Desired Requirements-
- Ideally a qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA)
- Experience of risk analysis
