To be successful in this role you will have a previous successful background within a similar role preferably within water.
- Provide a cost estimating service meeting internal costing needs across a circa £2.3bn Investment Programme spanning the period 2015-21.
- Estimate cost of Projects and Interventions for the 2015-21 Business/Delivery Plans, scoped and sized by Process Engineers, Asset Planners and Designers.
- Typical project cost in the range £0.25M - £5M.
- To develop and price projects using the Scottish Waters Corporate Estimating Tools including estimating from first principles.
Quality Assurance check estimates and sense check of scopes.
