ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Essential capabilities that must be displayed include:
- Knowledge of and expertise in EU Public Procurement Directives and Property Law (including Scottish Law)
- Expertise in commercial property and examples of practical application
- Expertise in area of PFI/PPP contracts and market activity, including Property PFI, company consortiums/mergers and Real Estate Investment Trusts
- Expertise in Facilities Management and understanding how this is incorporated/complements property transactions
- Excellent knowledge of Government Policies, existing and future
- Expertise in commercial property and procurement strategies
- Formal and recognized qualifications are essential and should be at least to senior RICS level.
- Contract and Project Management.
