ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Landlord and tenant negotiations, complex land entry, acquisition and compensation matters, negotiate access with land owners and occupiers to ensure our all-important work is completed on time.
- Work includes compensation and acquisition for operational project support, to valuation and estates management for functional land or property.
- We need to ensure that all work is completed in line with relevant legislation.
- Knowledge of easements and wayleaves will prove useful.
