Estates Programme Manager | Manchester

Estates Programme Manager required for a six month contract based in Manchester. This role is starting in a few weeks and is paying £500.00 per day.

You will be joining a large organisation working on an estates cost reduction exercise. The estates programme will be made up of a number of projects of varying size and complexity.

You will have experience of leading estates strategies, master planning and transformation projects. You will be experienced in working with partner organizations to optimize shared estate and develop and implement shared arrangements.

You will have a robust track record working in the commercial property market and sector. Ideally, you will have experience of PFI complex arrangements.

This is a high profile opportunity in a large organisation and you will be responsible to senior leaders for creating pace, delivering to budget and on time, and achieving large scale cost reduction.
