ESTATES MANAGER, SENIOR ESTATES MANAGEMENT SURVEYOR, CHARTERED SURVEYOR, DORSET, CONTRACT

Due to continuous success in all areas, my Public Sector client has headcount for an ambitious Estates manager/Senior Estates Management Surveyor, to be based from their prestigious offices in Poole.

The main responsibilities of this role will be to contribute to the production of an estates section's business plan. The plan to include performance targets and standards; and demonstrate continuous improvement and service delivery review, and from which will be developed personal targets and objectives.  

To be considered for this position you must have Estate Management Experience along with being RICS accredited.   

*PLEASE NOTE THAT I AM ALSO RECRUITING FOR A PART TIME 12 MONTH CONTRACT FOR THE SAME POSITION.
