IT'S ESSENTIAL THAT THEY HAVE:
- Proven experience of estates and facilities management
- Proven experience of managing a medium scale office relocation
- Proven experience of commissioning from external suppliers to supplement in house expertise
IT'S DESIRABLE THAT THEY HAVE:
- Financial/budget management experience.
- A willingness to study for British Institute of Facilities Management and/or Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply if not already possessed. "
