Estates Manager (Commercial Property)

ESTATES MANAGER (COMMERCIAL PROPERTY) - TELECOMMUNICATIONS - THAMES VALLEY

An Estates Manager with commercial property experience is required for ongoing contract work in Reading for a growing Mobile Telecoms company.

As Estates Manager you will be responsible for managing a large portfolio of sites (both greenfield and rooftop), taking on responsibility for both property and estates management - handling rent reviews, lease renewals, negotiating with landlords, managing property data reporting, managing day to day property issues and arranging for third parties to carry out repairs.

This will be a very busy role as you will be responsible for a large number of sites in your area, you will need to be comfortable dealing on a regular basis with clients, land owners, lawyers and acquisition teams and have strong negotiation skills.

We are looking for someone who has experience managing a large number of sites whether from a telecommunications or commercial property background.

The successful candidate will also have an understanding of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954 and ideally have a property related degree or a Surveying background (MRICS or equivalent).
