Estates Manager

I am currently recruiting for an Estates manager to work on a contractual basis for 4 months for an NHS Client of mine in Norfolk.

The main responsibilities of the role will be to:
*To provide general management of Estates and Facilities within the respective Locality, to ensure efficient and quality site management services and estate compliance.
*To manage the provision of outsourced services as delivered within the locality.
*To ensure the Trust's site management services are governed within agreed policies and procedures and are budgeted for within agreed terms.
*Actively participate in operational and strategic decision-making by attendance at Trust development groups and other relevant meetings and to undertake a project management role where required.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience working within an Estates and facilities environment at a senior level and experience within the NHS is desirable.

This is for an initial 4 months with the view to extend/potential permanent position thereafter
The daily rate is between £110- £140 depending on experience.
