The key responsibilities are listed below:
*To provide general management of Estates and Facilities within the respective Locality, to ensure efficient and quality site management services and estate compliance.
*To manage the provision of outsourced services as delivered within the locality.
*To ensure the site management services are governed within agreed policies and procedures and are budgeted for within agreed terms.
*Actively participate in operational and strategic decision-making by attendance at development groups and other relevant meetings and to undertake a project management role where required.
*To be the primary contact for service and building users for estateswe welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
