My NHS client is currently seeking an estates Information manager with CAD and MICAD experience to work alongside the head of estates and facilities in the North East area with the availability to start immediately.
This individual must have a SOLID NHS BACKGROUND with strong CAD and MICAD experience. A hands on get up and go' individual is required in order to get the job done. A clean driving Licence is essential.
The Ideal candidate must have the ability to;
- MEASURE, SURVEY AND PRODUCE CAD PLANS
- DATA INPUT CAD DRAWINGS INTO MICAD
- ASSIMILATING MICAD DATA INTO SOFTWARE
- COORDINATE ASBESTOS SURVEYORS AND UNDERSTAND ASBESTOS SURVEY REPORTS AND ENSURE COMPLIANCE IS MET
