ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

Office management and experience of managing a small team

Knowledge of estate and facilities management and experience of HQ Buildings

Knowledge of sustainability/government green initiative

Performance reporting on progress against targets and data gathering experience

DESIRABLE:

Degree Level/Recognised qualification in Sustainable Development/Environmental Management and/or Facilities/Estate Management

Experience of Facilities Management

Knowledge of contract letting and financial management systems

Experience of small project management

Ability to understand and interpret property related information

Knowledge of risk management

Working knowledge of contracts (particularly NEC3)

Project Management skills and experience
