Estate Surveyor

I looking to hire a "ESTATES SURVEYOR" for one of our public sector client based in Portsmouth. Role spec below Many thanks.

LOCATION: PORTSMOUTH

CONTRACT: 10 MONTHS (WITH POSSIBLE EXTENSION)

RATE: £325 PER DAY

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

RICS Chartered Surveyor (General Practice/Commercial) required.

GENERAL PRACTICE ESTATE SURVEYOR

Land Management Services (LMS) are accountable and responsible for the delivery of prioritised & agreed regional (UK and Overseas) and national DIO LMS programmes & projects against the DIO Business Plan & to support Military Capability. LMS deliver a comprehensive estate surveying, subject matter expert service to all areas of DIO business including Accommodation & the Training Estate, in the UKaccess, safeguarding and bylaws; Town & Country Planning and Rating.
- Provide support to internal DIO customers to ensure delivery of LMS, DIO and departmental programmes and objectives ensuring effective stewardship of the estate. Deliver allocated programme of Land Management Services outputs and advice to include: lease renewals, rent reviews, hirings, lettings, occasional use, valuations, way leaves, easements, damage claims, byelaws and any other ad hoc LMS services as required to customers.
