To manage concurrently a number of strategic estates projects, delivering to time, within budget and to a standard of quality that accords with Corporate Governance standards and PRINCE2 methodology.
Requirements:- - A proven track record of delivering a number of large, complex estates projects.
- PRINCE 2 Practitioner with demonstrable experience.
- Understanding of Construction (Design and Management) Regulations, risk management, value management techniques, sustainability issues, EC Directives, H&S legislation, Building Control Regulations.
- Knowledge of Construction contracts, tender evaluation and building design processes.
- Candidates MUST be SC Enhanced eligible.
