Essbase/Hyperion Planning Consultant - Chicago, IL

Sr. Consultant, Essbase/Hyperion Planning

* 2-5 years' experience in Essbase and Hyperion Planning
* Chicago or Detroit area
* Ability to travel, depending on client needs
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, managing engineering, accounting, finance or related fields
* Knowledge of Budgeting, Forecasting, Management Reporting and Analytic applications domains.
* Knowledge of Oracle EPM products related to the budgeting and forecasting processes: Planning/Essbase (models, calculation scripts, webforms and business rules, workflow management), EPM Architect, Life Cycle Management, Smart View and Financial Reporting
* Experience in Planning implementation and maintenance (more than 3 years)
* Strong organization skills
* Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
* Excellent interpersonal relations & demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams

He/She should be also able to:
o Assist in troubleshooting and take corrective action
o Assist and coordinate less experienced team members
o Create project documentation
o Keep the client informed about progress, issues, and risks through regular written and verbal communications
