MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Working closely with the functional owner, the RBS and markets, the key responsibilities are as follow:

Participate in business/functional requirements gathering with the markets, RBS and business stakeholders

Support preparing design workshop

Functional specification creation
-

Solutions Gap analysis
-

Training materials and guidelines creation
-

Test and Validate if Solution meets requirements
-

Ensure project deliverables comply with quality requirements.
- Answer the various support requests to provide support on defects and incidents and system configuration
