ESF2 Certified Support Consultant (at Least ESF1)

For our customer we are looking for a Support Consultant.

Location:
Copenhagen/Eastern Denmark. Most customers to be served are in the greater Copenhagen area but the role covers the whole of Eastern Denmark

MUST HAVE:
Dell Enterprise products preferable ESF2 certified or at least ESF1 certified

Role description:
IT professional with a wide Enterprise/Storage knowledge who can cover vendors as Dell, EMC, Isilon, Data Domain and Cisco.

The person will be part of a team where the work consists of:
- Troubleshooting
- Fault repair of existing SW and HW
- Installations and HW support

You should have experience and knowledge of:
- EMC products such as VnX
- Dell Enterprise products preferable ESF2 certified or at least ESF1 certified
- Good knowledge in general of server/storage/enterprise products both HW and SW
- Have basic knowledge of network products
- Have a kind of data and technical education, preferable A+ certification
- Good customer facing/service skills

Specifics:
Danish and English required. Needs to have own car and valid driving license. Needs to be willing to work shifts in a 24 x 7 rota!
