ESCROW OFFICER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in San Diego, CA.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Commercial Escrow
- Commercial Transactions
- Review Purchase Agreement

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Establishing new commercial escrow accounts, reviewing purchase agreements for important dates and deposits
- Review of legal recordable documents for accuracy accordance with established policies and procedures

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Two (2) plus years of experience in Commercial Escrow
- Experience in large Commercial Transactions

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- High level of customer service and develops ongoing escrow referrals
- Extreme awareness of the relationship the Escrow Officer has with the clients
