-Being the ERP product specialist for one or more business area's (functional modules)
-First contact and key player for all second line support
-When necessary participate in ERP rollout projects
-Assist in ERP product configuration and daily use
-Participate in design, test, implementation for customizations, reports and other enhancements also provide support for daily use.
Profile:
-IT related education on Bachelor+ (HBO+) level
-Skilled on PL/SQL is a must-have
-At least 1 year ERP consultancy- or support experience
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
-Ability to communicate on all levels including business leaders
-Consultative towards Key-user and Business Process Owner level
-Willing to learn (modules) within the application
