ERP Project Manager

Title: ERP Project Manager
Role: 8 month contract (possible extension)
Location: France
Start date: Start of November

Summary

For the duration of the Implementation Project (as part of the EMEA ERP Program) supporting the EMEA Southern Region Sales entities, this role will provide key project management support to the implementation. The role will work closely with both the Southern Region Implementation team, ERP Program Team and other key stakeholders and will coordinate the planning, track execution, maintain overall project documentation and report regularly to the Program management team progress as well as raise alarms when deviation occur.

Essential Functions

*Project management reporting to the ERP Program Manager and Southern Region Leadership Team.
*Identifying and maintain local process scope, using core processes as a base
*Document and communicates plan
*Integrates feedback from key users into plan
*End to End management and co-ordination of the project and responsible for the successful completion of the ERP implementation.
*Day to day implementation of the project according to program governance
oPredict risk factors and eliminate it for the successful completion of the project.
oEnsure that project tasks are completed as planned
oEnsure that the documentation is updated
oEnsure that issues are recorded and closed on time.
oEscalate issues when required based on Program escalation process
*Ensure change management is implemented including that the users are sufficiently trained

Quality Management System

Actively participate and drive compliance to the companies Quality procedures as per its Quality System and participate in continuous improvement processes to drive process improvement, elimination, time savings and cost reductions to:
*Actively promote and encompass the principles of continuous improvement within your (and your team's) day to day activities;
*Sponsor and support projects directly and indirectly within your department and across the Company;
*Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformances relating to the product, process and quality system;
*Maintain all procedures and processes for the purpose of quality accreditation as they apply to your responsibilities,
*Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process and quality system

Key challenges

*Coordinating and leading execution across evolving Matrix organization
*Managing and resolving issues coming from time pressure and conflicting priorities
*Ensure business unit processes remained close to core design
*Maintain scope
*Willingness of the key users to change

Qualifications

Background and Work Experience:
*ERP class project management in an international environment
*Demonstrated ability to align and leverage resources in a Matrix organization
*People management

Leadership, People Management and other skills:
*Language (Fluent English and French mandatory, additional European language a plus)
*Multi-functional Enterprise wide Project management
*Motivate and leverage people in a Matrix organization

Mobility Requirements
*Travels in European location for team meeting (10%)
