ERP Program Manager

Our client is looking for an EAM PROGRAM MANAGER that will manage and coordinate all the activities relating to the development and implementation of the enterprise asset management solution and its integration with other components of the ERP Program.

THE EAM PROGRAM MANAGER WILL REPORT TO THE ERP PROGRAM DIRECTOR AND WILL LEAD THE EAM TEAM IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF A FULLY INTEGRATED SAP SOLUTION FOR ENTERPRISE ASSET MANAGEMENT.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

- Demonstrated EAM program management experience delivering an integrated ERP program in an asset intensive environment.
- Sound commercial acumen and operational experience in a range of functional areas.
- Be well networked and respected with demonstrated experience delivering large ERP programs or an equivalent -preference within a large multi division organisation.
- Strong background in enterprise asset management including both operational and consulting experience.
- Ability to liaise with and influence key business stakeholders
- Exposure to other asset intensive industries, possibly onsite at mines/ports/depots.
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering with Business qualifications being highly regarded.
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to create quality documentation including technical documents and presentation material.
- Familiarity with SAP Linear Asset Management functionality a distinct advantage.
- Experience delivering significant business transformation programs involving system and process standardisation, divisional consolidation and alignment and wide-ranging change management issues.
