ERP Process Manager

Projektbeschreibung
ERP Process Manager with profound SAP knowledge wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, IT, Industrial Engineering or Science - Chemistry or Pharmacy along with additional SAP training
- 5+ years' working experience in a Supply Chain, Finance or IT role, preferably in Health Care, Chemistry, Consumer Goods or another process industry along with SAP usage
- Background in ERP projects across all phases, like blue-print, development, testing, training and going live, preferably in a leading role in addition to awareness of computer system validation requirements and methodological aspects of ERP implementation
- Relevant Project management experience as project lead, in x-functional projects and in the Healthcare industry would be a big plus
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes, especially controlled aspects in Health Care industry as well as regulatory, GxP and SOX compliance requirements
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Conducting business process implementations in ERP systems along with training and supporting users, identifying areas of improvement and developing and promoting respective solutions
- Comprehending, elaborating and implementing Order Management & International trade (OMIT) Business Processes related to assigned topics
- Providing system and process improvements and enhancing business efficiency with a special focus on automation
- Creating tickets for Incidents, Service Requests and Business Support with the Center of Excellence, SPOC to COE in SAP Solution Manager for OMIT related topics
- Ensuring business data consistency by regular monitoring of ERP/SAP application interfaces, batching and printing jobs
