ERP/MRP System Planner

ERP/MRP Planner - Scotstoun - £27.50an hour - 6 months contract

This is a great opportunity to work within one of the UK's leading Defence companies. This role is based at their site in Scotstoun not far from Glasgow.

Working in a team environment on the configuration, deployment and operation of an integrated ERP/MRP system the role includes the following: Master Scheduling Parts such as Configuring the integrated system to plan at an independent part level where appropriate, Judiciously determine commodity types suitable for planning at an independent part level, Value stream/process map Master Scheduling process to drive standard/repeatable processes, Liaise with the Project planning team to ensure alignment of planning strategies, Establish operational routines to enable independent part demand to propagate through BOMs to create supply recommendations and Ensuring validation that plans meet the needs of the business.

Experience Required for this role:
-Experience of Planning on an ERP/MRP system
-Experience of working in a project environment
-Experience of configuration and deployment of a ERP/MRP system
-Undertaking Enquiries,
-Management of Budgets, Commitments & Spend
-Management Reporting
-Handling Information Inputs & Outputs:
-All inputs to be in Electronic form in ERM
-All outputs to be in Electronic form from ERM
