SAP ERP Operations Excellence Business Process Lead - Up to 55,000 Euros per annum + benefits - Czech Republic, Prague

Key responsibilities:

*Define standard ERP IT Operations KPIs and associated reporting that allow effective management and control of the Operations performance according with Business expectations.
*Define, in coordination with the ERP IT BPs, the level of local support required from the different business organizations to ensure good IT solution performance (ie number of super users, their skills and knowhow, etc).
*Continuously collect quantitative and qualitative information from the Business partners about the efficiency of the ERP IT Operations, including local super user support level).
*Drive the process to prioritize the action/improvement plans to ensure excellence in the ERP IT Operations.
*Keep ERP IT Business Partners and CoE staff accountable to ensure the action/improvement plans are implemented on time, on budget and with the expected quality.

Key requirements:

*Minimum education: University degree or adequate equivalent
*Desirable education: Master's degree and Fluent English (written & spoken)
*At least 3 years of experience in ERP/SAP, preferably in a global company
*Leadership: demonstrated leaderships skills, 3+ years proven management experience within a global Matrix organization
*Customer Orientation: ability to communicate & align with key stakeholders
*Methodology: savvy in IT process, best practices & standards, eg ITIL
*GxP/SOX: sound knowledge of validation practice and Financial and IT control standards
*SAP: In-depth knowledge and experience
*Ability to cope with complexities, ambiguities and Matrix organizations
