Next Ventures is executing a search for a ERP HR SAP TALENT CONSULTANT.

this is long term contract looking start as soon as possible.

LEVEL: Senior

LANGUAGE SKILLS:  Fluent in Dutch and French is an asset.

CONTRACT DURATION: 12 months

STARTING DATE: ASAP

WORKING LOCATION: Brussels

PROCESS TEAM: ERP-HR Team

All tasks related to implementation & rollout 

- FSP/Technical Blueprinting
- Customizing
- QA Reviews
- Testing
- Training

Performance indicators

Ability to translate functional requirements in technical implementations. Ability to bring in technical/functional expertise, best practices, out-of-the box thinking, insights and technology trends to help the OPP_2 project reach a successful implementation

- Able to analyze functional requirements and translate these to SAP technical implementations
- Significant experience in customizing and maintaining SAP HR modules:
- SAP PA/OM at Senior Level
- SAP Talent (Competence Management/Performance Management) at Senior Level
- SAP LSO at Senior Level
- Good knowledge of HR Talent business processes and applications
- Able to relate, influence and understand the stakeholders/business perspectives
- Graduated from higher education
- Have 5 years of relevant experience in a similar function or through project experience
- Fluent in Dutch and/or French. English is an asset
