ERP Developer

PROVIDE PLEX SUPPORT INCLUDING:

- Ensuring the Plex system meets business requirements and goals and fulfills user requirements.
- Identify and record systems issues.
- Support administration of ERP security and permissions.
- Resolve users specific day-to-day problems, execute corrective action when necessary.
- Support managers in business process improvements, implementing best practices and fully utilizing Plex system capabilities.
- Assist in customization of Plex reports.
- Train end users. Test ERP changes
- Manage and facilitate internal and 3rd party resources (Plex) in order to meet specific business objectives
- Work with users to Identify new business opportunities.
- Scope and define detailed business requirements.
- Prepare the business case.
- Conduct risk assessment.
- Conduct feasibility analysis.

SKILLS:

REQUIRED:

- Strong functional knowledge in a fast paced engine manufacturing environment to include Engineering, Quality, Plant Maintenance, Manufacturing Execution and Operations
- ERP Experience to include implementation, configuration, and support. ERP Plex preferred
- 4 year degree required.
- Strong technical skills to include SQL Development and Report Development/Business Intelligence
- Ability to work with users at all level of the organization and communicate at a level of detail that is appropriate for the particular audience;
- Experience managing a portfolio of projects and ensuring that requirements are meet through all phases of a project to include conception, planning and design, execution, control, and closing
- Experience conducting business analysis from both a systems perspective and a process improvement perspective
