ERP Deployment Lead/Implementation Manager
ERP Deployment Lead/Implementation Manager required for market leading international FMCG organisation.

Your role will be to manage the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure phases of the ERP project to achieve project benefits.

It is essential that you have hands on experience of implementing ERP solutions, ideally with experience on Finance modules/matters - AP/AR/GL/CoA etc in an FMCG environment

Role & Responsibilities

-Manages the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure phases of the project to achieve project benefits.
-Develops and creates the project charters, scope statements, milestones and timelines, risk assessments, budgets and value propositions (ROI, IRR) relating to the project.
-Identifies, monitors and controls the interdependencies between activities and deliverables within the project and with other projects.
-Proactively identifies and manages the issues and risks associated with the project.
-Identifies the financial sources and resources for the project and manages the budget associated with the project.
-Ensures appropriate governance structures and processes are in place to monitor and control the project.
-Establishes and communicates project objectives to the project team and directs project team activities.
-Adheres to established project management methodologies and standards while carrying out responsibilities.
-Lead a rigourous and effective User Accepting Testing process to validate the solution for Group end users.
-Lead an efficient and effective Deployment Phase for an Integrated Solution for the wider business and in doing so creating the best practice template for all other Divisions to follow.
-Manage an effective Go-No-Go procedure to ensure 1) Business Readiness 2) Site and Team Readiness 3) Solution Readiness 4)Go-Live Readiness
-Deliver a smooth go-live and stabilisation for the sites which delivers the business requirements and change by effectively managing the pre-go live activities and influencing the appropriate change management agenda.
-Ensure an efficient and effective hand over from the central Build/Deployment teams to the local deploy team and ultimately BAU Service. Working to ensure effective change management and training including end user training.
