ERP Change Manager

- Initial 12 month Contract
- Western Sydney location but some travel around NSW

A ERP CHANGE MANAGER is needed as part of the program leadership group to manage the planning, monitoring and drive of ERP change management approaches. Support the projects and overlook all the strategies for the engagement and management of Change within this major implementation.

The ERP Change Manager will create and deliver ADKAR-based change management plans, tools and activities and work closely with the ERP Program Manager to design and implement project management strategies and activities required to support successful adoption of change.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

- A minimum of five years experience managing change for a major business transformation program and ICT implementation is required.
- Proven experience in change managing large (ie 20,000+ seats) ERP implementations.
- University and/or equivalent professional qualifications in change management are required. PROSCI© ADKAR certification highly desirable.
- NSW Government experience highly desirable as well as in-depth understanding of NSW Government policy, direction objectives and service delivery functions, particularly in relation to organisational change and corporate services reforms.
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
