ERP Change and Communications Lead required for a business critical ERP upgrade project. Previous experience of Change and Communications on an ERP programme is essential. The ideal candidate will have significant experience of shaping business change & communications plans/approaches to ensure that stakeholder acceptance and understanding are at a required level to enable the adoption of new working practices. You must be capable of working at C-level, engaging & influencing senior stakeholders, whilst equally being perfectly able to work in a more hands on capacity creating and delivering impactive communications and granular change activities.
