ERP Change Analyst/Trainer - Paris, France - Contract - French and English speaking

Start date will be as soon as possible.

We are looking for a ERP Change Analyst. Ideally this will suit an ERP Trainer or a Change Analyst (2-5 years experience).

Skills in some of the following:

.Change impact end user assessments
.End User and Stakeholder program engagement
.Communications planning and management
.Workshop facilitation
.Super User program
.Role mapping
.Training program management and in some cases co-facilitation
.Training material support documents - quick reference guides, etc. (core training materials are developed by the training content team)
.Site go-live readiness plans and management
.Post Go Live support and transition to Business as Usual operation
