MISSION
Your mission is to lead Information System topics across the Group, in Belgium and various countries in Africa; to:
- Drive the Group IS Strategy that incorporates hardware, software, data, procedures and people.
- Lead the Group IS team from a methodological perspective.
- Build and improve the Group blueprint w.r.t. ERP, systems, procedures and information exchange.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTIBILITIES
Management of Information Systems
- Manage projects incl. ERP implementation or upgrade, IT infrastructure implementation or upgrade.
- Negotiate and manage IS contracts and service level agreements.
Management of external Consultants
- Manage consultants according to international operational IS standards and ensure adherence to Policies and Procedures.
- Deliver service provider results by planning and communicating requirements and expectations; monitoring and managing results; initiating and coordinating projects; negotiating, monitoring and managing service level agreements.
Management of ERP landscape
- Develop, manage and continuously improve the ERP Landscape.
- Evaluate business requirements and transform the essence into a business model on the relevant business system.
- Measure and control business systems support environment and Helpdesk.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTITUDES
Education
- Master or equivalent in computer science, business management with computer science, software engineering or information science.
- Project management qualification.
Skills
- Understand business and management principles
- Languages: fluent in FRENCH AND ENGLISH
- Deep knowledge of ERP systems (SAGE X3 is a plus)
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure
