Ericsson LTE Network Performance Manager

- Degree in Engineering with 10 years of experience in Telecommunications
- Engineering with a minimum of 7 years management in the Performance and Optimization of GSM/WCDMA network.
- Engineering of multi-vendor technologies will be considered an asset.
- Experienced Management of large Engineering groups with high preference in multi-technology Performance and optimization covering 2G, 3G & 4G (LTE) technology.
- Has the ability to create and drive concepts as well as directives
- Excellent Communication, Organization, Performance and Negotiation skills
- Understand Ericsson's processes, knowledge of Ericsson structure an asset
- Highly motivated individual with the ability to motivate others
- Must have excellent consulting and coaching skills for knowledge share
- Very good skills in oral and written communication.
- Self starter with excellent problem solving and prioritization skills
- Ability to develop and give effective presentations to various levels
