Ericsson 2G/3G RAN NPI Engineer

Projektbeschreibung
- At least 3 years of experience in E///RAN 3G optimization in operational environment (Not initial tuning, not Swap Monitoring and not re-farming projects).
- Hands-on extensive experience in Optimizing the basic 3G KPIs categories (Accessibility-Retainability-Throughput), they are targets in our NPI service.
- Proven high Skills in using SQL based Desktop Intelligence, our customer is not using Universe based Desktop Intelligence, the Network Engineer should be able to build (or already have) his own SQL Queries.
- Hands-on Experience in Physical parameters optimization (namely Tilts) based on extensive cluster based Drive tests using Drive test analysis tools(TEMS-Actix).
- Worst Cell List analysis (For all mentioned KPIs in P.2) based on Counters and Traces.
- Hands-on experience in Soft parameter optimization to solve WCL KPIs' problems.
- Ability to perform network wide Audits.
