ROLE OVERVIEW
The ERC programme aims at strengthening its framework around this Pillar II measure. ERC is the calculation of the economic capital requirement for the bank (as opposed to RWA, a regulatory measure of the capital). This measure can be used across risk, capital and performance management of the bank.
The programme is structured around a series of workstreams responsible for the revamping of our ERC methodology across Position and non position ERC as well as allocation and aggregation of ERC, documentation of the use of this measure in risk and finance for decision making, and finally definition and documentation of the operating model.
RESPONSIBLITY:
Work effectively in and leading working groups with diverse Business stakeholders and their teams to ensure requirements and priorities are successfully met.
- Drive overall risk delivery stream with in front to back program
- Manage off-shore BA and testing team
- Attend weekly governance calls (design, working group, control etc.)
- Allocate resources and oversee analysis tasks
- Report status to various governance committees
- Manage monthly budget submission
- Resolve interdepartmental analysis issues
