ER Manager - TUPE - Banking - £400 a day

My client a leading Bank based in Hemel Hempstead is looking for a ER Manager for an exciting transformation project.

What's on offer
10 month Contract
£350-400 a day

* Experience of managing formal internal disputes (from investigation stage; to hearing stage; to outcome)
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
* Able to demonstrate an ability to work with a high volume of ER issues
* Sound knowledge of Employment Law
* Able to identify and quantify risks and advise partners accordingly
* Ability to understand and apply varying internal policies which cover the various businesses supported by the ER team.
* Ability to provide sound guidance to relevant internal parties (HR Generalists, hearing managers etc).
* Excellent writing skills to ensure robust investigation reports, outcome letters, business cases etc.
* The role requires a resilient candidate able to deal with often difficult situations that arise in ER
* Excel - the candidate must be able to use Excel to manage and report on significant quantities of data when required.
* Knowledge of TUPE, restructuring and redundancies
