Equity Derivative Structured Document Drafter, ISDA London, 12months
Bank of America Merrill Lynch requires an Experienced Document Drafter to join their team in London working with Equity Derivative Products. You will be drafting documents from scratch and 2nd checking too.

You will working in a drafting role within the Equity Derivatives Structured Documentation Issuing Team, which is responsible for the ISDA documentation of structured OTC equity derivatives trades globally for the bank

The Equity Derivatives Structured Documentation Issuing Team works alongside the following teams - The Incoming Team, the Language Query Team, the pre-confirmation and Onboarding Team, the Market Initiative Team, the Affirmation Team and the DTCC Team.

All Skills need to be CLEARLY VISIBLE within your CV/Application:
*Equity Derivatives Product Knowledge
*Documentation experience, inclusive of creating documents from Scratch.
*Highly motivated team player
*Prior experience in drafting and reviewing confirmations issued under ISDA using:
o2002 ISDA Equity Derivatives Definitions
o2006 ISDA Definitions
*Experience of working to regulatory targets (ie CFTC, EMIR, Fed)
*Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in the work they produce
*Ability to work under pressure and consistently deliver results.
*Ability to work independently and use initiative, Identifies and defines problems and solutions
*Proactive and positive attitude
*Good communication skills
*Good PC skills: Word, Excel,

Desirables:
* Experience in regulatory-driven environment or equivalent
* Understanding 2006 Fund Definitions
* Knowledge of drafting other products (Credit, Rates, FX)
