Equity Compensation Specialist

A 12 month fixed term contract has arisen with a leading financial services company based in the City of London.
This will be an advisory position managing the members of the team who will be responsible for the more transactional aspect of Equity Compensation.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage the equity compensation analysts and deal with any queries from across the group that are escalated
* Act as the equity/share plans expert and advise for all levels
* Lead the equity compensation review
Essential requirements:
* Experience managing share plans for an international organisation (preferably in the financial services sector)
* Team management experience
* Understanding of wider compensation schemes
