Equities/Futures Application Support

My client, a world leading investment bank, is currently recruiting for a Junior Level Application Support analyst for their front office, client services/ support teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to move into a team which will offer them top quality front office exposure, whilst working in a highly technical environment developing your scripting skills in an application support role. Day-to-day you will sit very closely to trade support, providing technical support to their clients and traders. Within this you will monitor all client connectivity and exchange connectivity and also answer all trade queries. For this role, you must have previous experience of: - Banking, ideally either Client facing or Trader facing - Strong technical skills in Scripting, Unix and Databases It is also highly beneficial if you have experience with FIX Protocol.
